S. K. Tiwari

Satyendra Tiwari was always enticed by the wonders of Nature and Wildlife. But it was in 1987 that he left a flourishing career in the hospitality industry, and settled with his wife Kay Hassall Tiwari, who is also a renowned wildlife artist, in Bandhavgarh, M.P. His early days in Kanha, Bandhavgarh and Shivpuri made his interest in Wildlife develop strongly towards conservation of flora and fauna.
His immense love for tigers made him settle in this part of Madhya Pradesh, where he is currently working as a Freelance Naturalist, a Tour leader and a Wildlife photographer. Being a self taught photographer, he still learns from his own mistakes. His photographs have contributed invaluably to the most reputed wildlife magazines and books like the BBC Wildlife magazine and Geo, and Tiger Jungle by Iain Green from UK .
